Shell has lost the court case – but what does that mean for financial stakeholders?

With this webinar we provide insight into the (possible) financial risks associated with a scenario in which Shell changes too slowly or not at all: stranded assets, loss of license to operate/reputational risks, overly abrupt changes as a result of tightened global policy, litigation risks, etc.

We have won our case and Shell is lodging an appeal. This makes this webinar all the more interesting: What are the associated risks? How has the world of finance responded? How should they be responding?
